Today's cards are made with Flap My Wattles. I went full country for this first card. I stamped the checks from Christmas Music to form the border on Classic Flax. The chicken was stamped in
Noir and colored with markers. I didn't understand why the word SOUP was on the stamp set. I called to find out what it meant. DUH! I laughed so loud the security company beeped in to see if I was alright. In case you need a hint this card says "Chicken Soup Get Well Soon". I am sending this to a co-stamper on the design team.
The polka dot ribbon border on this is a stamp. Heavens to Betsy I can't tell you how long I've wanted a company to make a stamp like this! My grand-daughter didn't make the cheerleading squad. I'm sending this to her. I think it will make her smile.
love both your cards Anna-your "chicken soup" story gave me a chuckle-the dotted border on the 2nd card looks fabulous

ReplyDeleteThese are stunning. I love the way you have that red ribbon on the one card. It kinda made me think of the rooster's tail the way it was curving!
